SG ProTeam ready for DOLOMITENMANN 2007
This years' DOLOMITENMANN team match will see snowboarders performing! With Sigi Grabner as paraglider pilot, former Worldchampion Helmut Pramstaller as whitewater cowboy and Benjamin Karl on the mountainbike, the SG riders are ready for the world's toughest team relay! On Sept 8, 2007 the event will start at 10 a.m. in Lienz, Austria.

It is his second start at the Dolomitenmann, in 2003 Sigi already did the MTB part. "This time I do the paragliding part, because paragliding is my new passion! It is very challenging to master this difficult flight: There are 2 starts, 2 landings you have to perform safely, and do quite a piece of mountain running in between. It is great to see the dolomite mountains from the bird's view!" And: "This team event is really awkward! I do so much single racing, but at this race, everything is for the team, you fight even harder!"
Alex Steyrer, RedBull Austria manager, will open the fight as mountainrunner for the SG ProTeam. Sigi who spent the last two weeks with his SWING ARCUS glider in the air around the Dolomite Mountains is fully motivated: "A Team match is a very special thing, I am really excited!"
